TBL结合PBL教学模式对住培医师骨科临床能力培养的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究TBL结合PBL教学模式对培养骨科住培医师临床能力的影响。方法:将2019年医院骨伤科规范化培训的35名住培医师按照不同教学方式分组,分为观察组(18名)及对照组(17名),观察组采用TBL结合PBL法进行教学,对照组采用传统带教法进行教学,两组完成临床学习后进行出科理论、操作及Mini CEX测评。结果:观察组理论成绩、操作考核成绩与对照组差异不大(P>0.05)。观察组在医疗面谈、体格检查、临床判断、人文关怀、沟通技能、组织效能、整体表现、教师满意程度的评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体格检查方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:TBL结合PBL的教育方式在提高住培医师多方面的临床能力的同时更注重对患者的人文关怀。
