推动领军人才企业加速成为高新技术企业的对策研究--以苏州市吴江区为例

Study on the countermeasures of promoting leading-talent enterprises to accelerate their pace to become high-tech enterprises

近年来,在区委区政府的谋划下,苏州市吴江区深入践行创新发展,强化企业创新主体,紧扣科技创新,牢固树立“科技是第一生产力,创新是发展的第一动力”导向,大力实施“55352”重大人才工程,积极引进和培养了一批高层次创新创业领军人才,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。文章从领军人才企业的高企培育这一角度,梳理了吴江区高企发展现状,分析了存在的问题和人才企业作为后备高企的突出特点,提出推动更多领军人才企业加速成为高新技术企业的意见与建议。

In recent years,under the planning of Wujiang District Party Committee and District Government,our district has practiced innovative development deeply,strengthened enterprises’role as the main body of innovation,focused on sci-tech innovation,firmly established the orientation of“science and technology is the first productive force,innovation is the first driving force of development”,implemented“55352”major talent project vigorously,actively introduced and trained a batch of high-level innovation and entrepreneurship leading talents,achieved great economic and social benefits.From the perspective of cultivating leading-talent enterprises to be high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the high-tech enterprises in Wujiang District,the existing problems and outstanding characteristics of talent enterprises as backup enterprises,and puts forward suggestions to promote more leading-talent enterprises to become high-tech enterprises.
