摘要
薪酬作为高校吸引优秀人才的重要因素,对提升教师工作满意度、保障师资队伍稳定等方面起着重要作用。文章通过分析我国高校教师薪酬制度现状,研究美国一流大学薪酬体系特征,借鉴其管理经验,进而提出明确薪酬战略、优化薪酬结构、动态调整薪酬的策略,旨在稳定师资队伍,推进我国高校“双一流”的建设进程。
As an important factor for universities to attract excellent talents,payment plays an important role in improving teachers’job satisfaction and ensuring the stability of the teaching staff.This paper analyzes the current situation of university teachers’payment system in China,studies the characteristics of the first-class university payment system in the United States,draws lessons from its management experience,and then puts forward clear payment strategies,optimizes the payment structure and dynamically adjusts the payment strategies,aiming at stabilizing the teaching staff and promoting the construction process of“double first-class”in China’s universities.
