叠合板整装整运堆垛箱在装配式建筑中的应用研究

随着装配式建筑行业的飞速发展,预制构件的需求量也越来越大。叠合板作为装配式建筑中广泛应用的一种预制构件,常规的生产、存储、转运方式资源浪费严重且效率低。文章介绍了一种叠合板整装整运堆垛箱在装配式建筑中的应用,此种叠合板整装整运系统的应用实施方法具有吊运效率高、堆场空间利用率高、运输成本低、库存少的优势,可以为叠合板的生产、存储、转运提供参考。

With the rapid development of assembly construction industry,the demand for precast components is increasing.As a kind of prefabricated component widely used in the assembly building,the conventional production,storage and transfer methods of laminated board are wasteful in resources and inefficient.This paper introduces a kind of application of laminated board whole packaging and transporting stacker box in the assembly building.This kind of application and implementation method of laminated board whole packaging and transporting system has the advantages of high efficiency of hoisting,high utilization rate of storage yard,low transportation cost and little inventory,which can provide reference for the production,storage and transporting of laminated board.
