摘要
文章基于疫情期间辽宁轨道交通职业学院师生线上教学行为和师生上传、学习资源行为的大数据样本,分析提出线上教学具有能够真正实现以学生为中心的分层次、个性化教学的特征,同时总结归纳了学习资源形式的变化带来的师生教、学行为的变化特征;通过教师线上教学活动组织及学生参与情况的数据分析总结出线上教学所具有的独特教学组织形式特征;通过疫情前后两个时间段内的教师行为数据统计分析得到线上教学过程中教师备课行为特征、上传教学资源特征以及师生互动行为特征。通过线上教学典型特征的分析,提出了针对完全线上教学在教学管理模式创新、学习模式创新中的一些思考,并提出了线下教学将在不远的将来成为线上教学的辅助手段这一教学模式的变化趋势。
Based on the Big Data samples of the online teaching behavior of teachers and students and the behavior of uploading and learning resources in Liaoning Rail Transit Vocational College during COVID-19,this paper points out that online teaching has the characteristics of students-centered and individualized teaching.At the same time,it summarizes the change characteristics of teacher-student teaching and learning behavior brought by the change of learning resources.Through the data analysis of teachers’online teaching activities and students’participation,this paper summarizes the unique characteristics of online teaching organization.Through the statistical analysis of teachers’behavior data in two periods before and after COVID-19,the characteristics of teachers’behavior of preparing for lessons,uploading teaching resources and teacher-student interaction in the online teaching process are obtained.Through the analysis of the typical features of online teaching,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the innovation of teaching management mode and learning mode of online teaching.The paper also puts forward the changing trend that offline teaching will become the auxiliary means of online teaching in the near future.
