摘要
当前阶段,职业院校教师的工作环境发生了巨大变化,主要表现为:新学生群体(00后和成人)出现、职业变迁与兴替、区域经济社会发展、职业教育发展与改革、信息技术发展及应用。工作环境的变化给新型职业院校教师带来更多挑战,要求教师形成包括专业知识、教学知识、生产知识和情境知识在内的复合型知识结构,以及包括专业能力、工作胜任力、课堂教学能力、教学过程掌控能力、自学能力、专业实践发展能力、经济与管理能力、团队合作与社会联系能力在内的能力结构。为此,需要重点建设几所新型职教教师培养机构,并在招生来源和方式、学制、导师、课程、实习等方面实现人才培养流程的系统创新。
At the present stage,the working environment of teachers in vocational colleges has undergone great changes,which are mainly manifested as the emergence of new student groups(post-00s and adults),career change and replacement,regional economic and social development,development and reform of vocational education,development and application of information technology.Work environment change on the new vocational colleges teachers bring more challenges,requires teachers to form complex knowledge structure including professional knowledge,teaching knowledge,production knowledge and situational knowledge,and competence structure including professional ability,working competency,classroom teaching ability,teaching process control ability,self-learning ability,development of professional practice ability,economic and management ability,team cooperation and social contact ability.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the construction of several new vocational education teacher training institutions,and realize the systematic innovation of talent training process in terms of enrollment,length of schooling,tutor,curriculum,practice and so on.
