摘要 企业兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍的关键构成,在提升人才培养质量等方面发挥着不可代替的作用。目前,我国高职院校企业兼职教师队伍建设存在着区域分布差异明显、管理制度不够健全、培训效用发挥有限、专业发展通道不畅等现实难题。为此,需要加强兼职教师队伍建设力度,兼顾区域师资结构平衡;健全兼职教师队伍管理体系,发挥兼职教师的实际效用;强化兼职教师专项培训,提高其实践教学能力;搭建有效的交流平台,助推兼职教师的专业发展。 Enterprise part-time teachers are the key component of higher vocational college teachers,and play an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of personnel training.At present,there are some practical problems in the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,such as obvious regional distribution differences,imperfect management system,limited training effectiveness and poor professional development channels.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers and balance the structure of regional teachers;improve the management system of part-time teachers to give full play to their actual effectiveness;strengthen the special training of part-time teachers to improve their practical teaching ability;build an effective communication platform to boost the professional development of part-time teachers.
