摘要
设计凹印设备干燥系统结构时,应科学地利用好“热风三要素”,可以有效提升设备干燥能力,合理设计风嘴形状、优化管道布局、设置导风板,能有效减少风阻,提高风速,达到“高效、节能、环保”的干燥效果,并节约能源,降低生产成本。
When designing the drying system structure of gravure printing machine,the"three elements of hot air'should be used scientifically,which can effectively improve the drying capacity of the machine,rationally design the shape of the air nozzle,optimize the pipeline layout,and set the air deflector,which can effectively reduce the wind resistance and improve the wind speed,achieve the drying effect of"high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection",save energy and reduce production costs.
