摘要 在河湖“清四乱”专项行动中,“四乱”违规事件的存证需要满足不可篡改、透明化和可追溯的需求。综合运用区块链开发针对河湖“四乱”事件的存证系统,基于智能合约设计针对实际应用场景的事件的存证、查询和追溯3个功能模块,并使用模拟的“四乱”数据对3个模块功能进行测试。测试结果表明,存证系统能实现对“四乱”事件的快速存证、查询,以及对整改流程的完整追溯,保证“四乱”事件存证和整改的真实性、透明性、不可篡改性。 In the special action of“Clean up Four Messes”of rivers and lakes,the“Four Messes”violations must meet the requirements of non-tampering,transparency and traceability.Comprehensive use of blockchain to develop a storage system for the“Four Messes”violations of rivers and lakes,and design three functional modules for storage,query and traceability of events in actual application scenarios based on smart contracts.Finally,the three module functions of the system are tested using simulated“Four Messes”data.The test results show that the system can realize the rapid storage and inquiry of the“Four Messes”violations,as well as the complete traceability of the rectification process,ensuring the authenticity,transparency and non-tampering of the“Four Messes”violations.
