摘要
针对哈密地区水利信息系统存在的信息孤岛问题,按照“资源整合,实时更新”的原则,搭建哈密地区水利综合业务平台。平台遵循SOA设计思想,建设内容包括数据资源池、应用支撑平台和应用系统三部分,实现面向防汛、水资源、水利工程和水土利用等方面的综合业务管理。在实施过程中,设计“一数一源”策略,构建水利对象模型和哈密地区统一的数据资源交换共享体系,为哈密地区在防汛抗旱、水资源管理、水利工程管理和水土利用等方面业务管理工作提供有力的信息化支撑,有效提升哈密地区水利信息化管理水平。
Aiming at current issues regarding to the problem of isolated information island of water conservancy information system of Hami area,on the principle of“resource integration,live update”,a comprehensive water conservancy business platform of Hami area is built up.The platform is designed based on the SOA structure,and consisted of data resource pool,application support platform,and application systems.It realizes integrated business management like flood control,water resource,water conservancy projects,soil and water utilization,etc.It designs a strategy of“data from one standard source”,constructing the water object models,and developing the united data exchange and sharing system of Hami Area in the implementation process.The application cases of the platform shows that it could significantly support the water conservancy work,such as flood and drought control,water resource management,water conservancy projects management,soil and water utilization monitoring,etc.,and promotes water conservancy management work efficiently in Hami Area.
