三种常见肝脏血管铸型剂比较及温度对混合铸型剂影响

摘要 目的:比较三种常见肝脏血管铸型剂优劣以及温度对混合铸型剂的溶解时间和凝固时间的影响。方法:18只雄性家兔随机平分为3组,用三种铸型剂分别灌注家兔门静脉和后腔静脉,比较肝脏铸型标本及混合铸型剂不同温度下溶解和凝固时间。结果:过氯乙烯铸型标本气泡少、完整度高、末梢充盈佳、韧性佳,制作周期长;自凝牙托剂铸型标本气泡极少,制作周期短,韧性佳、完整性可,末梢充盈较差;混合材料铸型标本气泡稍多,制作周期短、韧性、完整性和末梢充盈度俱佳。过氯乙烯-牙托粉混合铸型材料的溶解和凝固时间皆随温度升高而加快。Pearson相关性检验显示:混合铸型材料的溶解时间与温度呈负相关(r=-0.8964,P=0.0026);混合铸型材料的凝固时间与温度亦成负相关(r=-0.95346,P=0.0009)。混合铸型材料的溶解及凝固时间随温度增加而降低,最佳铸型温度约在26℃。结论:乙酸乙酯-自凝牙托材料混合铸型剂制作肝脏血管灌注标本简便易行,铸型效果好,最佳铸型温度约在26℃。 Objective:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of three common hepatic vascular casting agents,and to investigate the influence of temperature on the dissolution time and curing time of mixed casting agent.Methods:A total of 18 male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,with 6 rabbits in each group.The portal vein and the posterior vena cava were perfused with three casting agents,and dissolution time and curing time at different temperatures were compared for the liver cast specimens and the mixed casting agent.Results:The perchloroethylene specimen had few bubbles,high integrity,good distal filling,and good toughness,as well as a long production cycle;the cast specimen of self-curing denture base material had very few bubbles,a short production cycle,good toughness,good integrity,and relatively poor distal filling;the specimen of mixed casting agent had slightly more bubbles,a short production cycle,and good toughness,integrity,and distal filling.The dissolution time and curing time of perchloroethylene-denture base powder mixed casting agent accelerated with the increase in temperature.The Pearson correlation analysis showed that for the mixed casting agent,its dissolution time was negatively correlated with temperature(r=-0.8964,P=0.0026)and its curing time was also negatively correlated with temperature(r=-0.95346,P=0.0009).The dissolution time and curing time of the mixed casting agent decreased with the increase in temperature,with the best casting temperature around 26℃.Conclusion:With the mixed casting agent of ethyl acetate and self-curing denture base material,the production of hepatic vascular casting specimens is simple and convenient and has a good casting effect,with 26°C as the optimal casting temperature.
