摘要
在新工科建设路径探索进程中,部分高校还未建构起与新工科理念相契合的教学质量监控体系,当前运行的教学质量监控体系在思想理念、顶层设计、执行落实、反馈改进等方面的滞后性日益明显,严重阻碍了新工科建设步伐。结合学界前期对新工科内涵的剖析,以PDCA循环理论为理论支撑,以某高校生物工程专业为立足点,尝试构建基于PD⁃CA模式的“43321”新工科专业教学质量监控体系,在教育教学效果、师资队伍建设、专业水平提升等方面取得成效,推动新工科发展战略与理念的落地。
In the process of exploring Emerging Engineering construction path,it’s found that some univer⁃sities haven’t built teaching quality monitoring systems that agree with Emerging Engineering ideas.The exist⁃ing systems have many problems which seriously hinder the pace of Emerging Engineering construction.Under the situation,the“43321”teaching quality monitoring system for Emerging Engineering speciality based on PD⁃CA model should be built to promote the implementation of Emerging Engineering,which has got a more signifi⁃cant results in the teaching effects,the teaching staff and specialty building in College of Life and Health Sci⁃ences of Anhui Science and Technology University.
