摘要
喹啉类化合物是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛应用于药物和天然产物的合成。关于喹啉合成的有机化学实验项目有限,且很少对本科生开放。在科教融合指导思想下,引入“Friedländer喹啉合成”科研成果,开发了“Friedländer法合成三取代喹啉”实验项目。项目中增加薄层层析色谱技术、柱层析色谱技术、核磁表征及其常见的化学软件的使用。通过化学学科知识的融合和交叉,既可以丰富实验内容又可以培养学生的综合素质和综合能力。
Quinoline and its derivatives are important intermediates in organic synthesis,which are widely used in the synthesis of drugs and natural products.The experiment project of quinoline synthesis is limited and rarely open to college students in fundamental organic chemistry laboratory.Under the guidance of the integra⁃tion of scientific research and teaching,the experimental project of“Friedländer method for Trisubstituted Quinoline synthesis”is developed,based on the scientific research results.In addition,thin-layer chromatogra⁃phy,column chromatography,NMR characterization and common chemical software are added in the project to enrich the experimental content and cultivate students’comprehensive quality and ability.And it embodies the integration and intersection of chemical knowledge.
