Criminal law dogmatics is devoted to the collation of criminal laws.It has an impact on reality,even though it sources from substantial law but reality itself.On this sense,criminal law dogmatics in any era or society plays a unique and irreplaceable role in realizing due attribution of justice and responsibility.Therefore,in interpretation of legal concepts and their systematization and axiomatization,the development of criminal law dogmatics depends on its legality paradigm and the different degrees of impact of positive law on practice.
