摘要
"脑肠轴"指中枢神经系统与肠道通过交互作用,调控机体炎症和免疫应答等反应的结构。脓毒症是常见、高危的因感染引发机体异常反应所致器官功能损伤的综合征,"脑肠轴"在其发生发展中具有重要的作用,是目前中枢神经-外周器官交互作用研究的热点。文章从大脑奖赏系统、边缘系统、胆碱能神经相关核团及神经肽如何通过脑-肠轴影响肠道免疫,肠上皮细胞、肠道微生物和代谢产物、肠道神经系统如何通过肠-脑轴影响大脑免疫两大方面,综述"脑肠轴"交互作用对脓毒症发生发展的影响,为其免疫治疗的新思路提供依据。
The'brain gut axis'refers to the interaction between brain and gut to regulate immune responses of the body.Sepsis is a common and high-risk syndrome of organ damage caused by abnormal reactions during infection.Available evidences indicate that'brain gut axis'plays an important role in sepsis.It has become a hot spot in the study of relationship between central nervous system and peripheral organs.This review focuses on the interaction between brain and gut from two aspects:①How reward system and limbic system regulate intestinal immune through brain-gut axis?②How intestinal epithelial cells,gut microbes and metabolites,and enteric nervous system alter brain immune through gut-brain axis?This review summarizes the impact of'brain gut axis'on the occurrence and development of sepsis,which provides new ideas of immunotherapy of sepsis.
