Data Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction by Furazolidone

摘要 目的:通过对呋喃唑酮所致药品不良反应个案报道的文献分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索2010-2019年中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊文献数据库中呋喃唑酮所致药品不良反应的个例报道并结合1例临床药品不良反应案例进行分析。结果:经筛选后共纳入17篇文献、19例个案报道,发生药品不良反应的平均年龄为(53.2±16.3)岁,男、女比例为1.7∶1,各个年龄段发生药品不良反应无显著性差异;药品不良反应的损害主要涉及皮肤系统(25%)、神经系统(17.86%)、全身(14.29%)和循环系统(14.29%)等;服药当天即出现药品不良反应的占比为47.37%,其中最快的在服药后10分钟,最长的在服药后90天出现多发性神经炎;除1例多发性神经炎的不良反应未转归外,其余均经对症处理后消失或好转。结论:超剂量超疗程给药和服药后饮酒是呋喃唑酮发生严重药品不良反应的高危因素,临床药师应为该类患者进行用药指导,提高患者的用药依从性,保证患者用药安全,减少药品不良反应的发生。 Objective:To analyze the literature of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by furazolidone in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The case report of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from 2010 to 2019 of ADR caused by furazolidone were searched,and one case of clinical adverse drug reaction was analyzed.Results:17 literatures were included and 19 cases were reported.The average age of ADR was (53.2±16.3) years old,and the ratio of male to female was 1.7∶1.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of ADR among different age groups.The damage of ADR mainly involved skin system (25%),nervous system (17.86%),whole body (14.29%) and circulatory system (14.29%),47.37% of the patients had adverse drug reactions on the same day of treatment,of which the fastest was 10 minutes after taking medicine,and the longest was 90 days after taking drugs.Except for 1 case of multiple neuritis,the others disappeared or improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The high-risk factors of serious adverse drug reactions of furazolidone are over dose and over course of treatment and drinking after taking drugs.Clinical pharmacists should provide medication guidance for such patients,improve their medication compliance,ensure their medication safety and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
