本文对剑突下入路在复杂胸腺手术中的国内、外研究进行整合概述,并结合本中心剑突下双拉钩扩大胸腺切除术进行病例分享,探索剑突下双拉钩入路在MasaokaⅢ期胸腺肿瘤患者的应用前景。

In this paper,we summarized the domestic and foreign researches on the application of the subxiphoid approach in complex thymic surgery,and shared the cases of extended thymectomy with elevated sternum with double retractors in our unit,and explored the prospect of this approach in Masaoka stageⅢthymic tumor patients.
