摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,选用硅藻土、铝粉、粉煤灰作为载体,制备负载型二氧化钛光催化剂,并以亚甲基蓝溶液为底物,以投加量、时间、TiO2与载体比例为影响因素,在每个因素下确定3个水平做3因素3水平正交试验,选出最优水平,并与无负载的二氧化钛催化效果做对比,研究负载后的光催化剂性能的变化。
Taking diatomite,aluminum powder and fly ash as carrier,supported titanium dioxide photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.Taking methylene blue solution as substrate,choosing dosage,time,ratio of TiO2 and carrier as influencing factors,three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was carried out to choose the best level and compare the performance of the supported photocatalyst with no supported TiO2.The change of the supported photocatalyst was studied.
