摘要
在国家标准GB/T 3884.1—2012中,用短碘量法测定铜精矿中铜含量时,溶解样品须要加入0.5~1 mL溴,溴对人体的伤害很大,对检验员的身体健康不利。本实验探究可以代替溴的试剂,最终确定可以用5 mL硫酸(1+1)代替0.5~1 mL溴,并做了方法的精密度和准确度分析,铜的测定值与国家标准物质标称值一致。
In determination of copper content in copper concentrate by short-iodometry in national standard GB/T 3884.1—2012,0.5~1 mL bromine is used in dissolving the sample,but bromine is very harmful to human body.In this paper,experimental exploration of reagents that can replace bromine was carried out,it was finally determined that 0.5~1 mL bromine could be replaced with 5 mL sulfuric acid(1+1).And the precision and accuracy of the method were analyzed.The results showed that measured value of copper was consistent with the nominal value of the national standard substance.
