陇东地区油田采油污水水质特征及其危害性评价

Evaluation on Water Quality Characteristics and Harmfulness of Oil Production Wastewater in Longdong Area

陇东地区油田长时间注水开发,采油污水量逐年增加。采油污水组分及性质复杂,含有一定的原油、大量的固体悬浮物和其他污染物,油水分离困难、易结垢堵塞地层及腐蚀损坏设备。污水处理设备长时间运行后,处理系统负荷增大,运行稳定性变差,存在污泥、结垢及腐蚀等问题,需要及时做好清洗、排泥、水质检测工作,以达到提升水质处理效果的目的。

With the development of water injection for a long time in the oilfield,the amount of oil production wastewater increased year by year in the Longdong area.The components and properties of oil production wastewater are complex,containing oil,a large amount of suspended solids and other pollutants.It is difficult to separate oil and water,the formation is easily blocked by scaling and the equipment is damaged by corrosion.After long-term operation of sewage treatment equipments,the load of the treatment system increases,the running stability becomes worse,and there are problems,such as sludge,scaling and corrosion.Cleaning,sludge discharge and water quality inspection work need to be completed in time to achieve the purpose of improving water quality treatment effect.
