新型低碳烯烃阻聚剂使用安全性能评价

摘要 长坡混油蒸馏装置出现轻质油品烯烃缩合结垢生焦影响长周期运转问题,欲采用新型低碳烯烃阻聚剂,但又缺乏使用安全性能数据的支撑。通过开展恩氏蒸馏、氧弹、高温热反应等试验,观察分析添加阻聚剂对油品的蒸发性、闪爆性、氧化安定性、高温热稳定性的影响,发现加剂油样与空白油样相比并无负面影响,还可改善轻质油品色度等质量指标。对新型低碳烯烃阻聚剂使用安全性能进行评价,可为工业装置添加新型低碳烯烃阻聚剂的安全生产提供技术支持。 The long-term operation of long-slope distillation unit for light mixed oil is affected by the olefins condensation,scale and coke.New type of low-carbon olefin polymerization inhibitor is to be used,but it is in lack of relative data of safety performance.Through the experiments of flash point,ASTM distillation,oxygen bomb and high temperature thermal reaction,the effects of adding polymerization inhibitor on the evaporation,flash explosion,oxidation stability and high-temperature thermal stability of the additive oil are investigated.It is found that there is no significant difference between the additive oil sample and the blank oil sample,and the addition of olefin inhibitor can also improve the quality index of oil such as chromaticity.
