基于循证采购的高校图书馆电子书采购模式研究

Study on the Procurement Mode of E-books in University Library Based on Evidence-based Acquisition

循证采购(EBA)作为一种以用户需求为导向,以使用数据为基础,建立在“明智证据”上的全新采购模式,可以很好地实现高校电子图书的优化配置。通过介绍其使用方法、操作流程以及国外出版社的产品案例,分析比较了其与短期借阅、自动购买模式之间的优缺点。最后,针对国内高校图书馆电子书建设提出了几点建议。

Evidence-based Acquisition(EBA),a brand-new procurement model that is user oriented,based on usage data,and built on "wise evidencer",can well achieve the optimal configuration of E-books in university library.The paper analyzes and compares its advantages and disadvantages with short-term borrowing and automatic purchase by introducing its use method,operation process and product cases of domestic and foreign publishing houses.It also puts forward some suggestions for the construction of domestic e-books in university library.
