摘要
目的探究不同浸泡条件对薄膜包装材料总迁移量检测结果的影响。方法通过改变薄膜包装材料的浸泡方式、浸泡温度和浸泡时间,并进行测量。结果做成袋模拟包装材料,正己烷(58℃)、65%乙醇(58℃)和4%醋酸(68℃)浸泡2 h后的检测结果最大限度体现了包装材料的总迁移量含量。结论 3种不同浸泡方式中,袋装模拟包装材料的总迁移量结果最符合包装袋接触食品的实际情况,可为企业提供准确可靠的检测方法。
Objective To explore the influence of different soaking conditions on the total migration of film packaging materials. Methods By changing the soaking method,soaking temperature and soaking time of the film packaging material,it was measured. Results The bag was made into simulated packaging material,after soaking in n-hexane(58 ℃),65% ethanol(58 ℃) and 4% acetic acid(68 ℃) for two hours,the test results reflected the total migration content of the packaging material to the maximum extent. Conclusion Among the three different soaking methods,the results of the total migration of the bagged simulated packaging materials are the most consistent with the actual situation of the packaging bag contacting food. It can provide accurate and reliable detection methods for enterprises.
