中西医结合药物治疗胃食管反流病的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

胃食管反流病属消化内科常见病、多发病,该病具有易诊难治的特点。针对该病的治疗,现代西药以其强大的效用已被国内外学者视为治疗该病的重要基石,而伴随着国家对中医药的重视与扶持,二者的有机结合已广泛应用于临床,相关报道如雨后春笋层出不穷,但大多见于个案及小样本研究,系统论述者较少。本文试从药物方面,整理近年来中西医结合药物治疗胃食管反流病的相关文章,通过分类、归纳和总结,为临床工作者诊治该病时提供一些思路。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gastroenterology,and it is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat.For the treatment of this disease,modern western medicine has been regarded by scholars at home and abroad as an important cornerstone for the treatment of this disease with its powerful effects.With the country’s attention and support to Chinese medicine,the organic combination of the two has been widely used in clinical practice.Related reports have sprung up after the rain,but most of them are found in individual cases and small sample studies,and there are few systematic commentators.This article tries to sort out relevant articles on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years from the perspective of drugs,and provide some ideas for clinical workers in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease through classification,induction and summary.
