手术室人员流动量控制措施对空气细菌量变化的影响

The Effect of Flow Control on Change of Air Bacteria in Operating Room

摘要 目的:观察手术室人员流动量控制措施对空气细菌量变化的影响,以降低手术患者感染的风险。方法:将64例本院接受外科手术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组按照传统方法统计人员流动量,观察组通过严格限制手术室人员流动措施,采用平板自然沉降法计算两组患者术前、术后的平均菌落数。结果:观察组人员流动量为15~27次、平均21次,空气含菌量为10.3~39.8CFU/m^3、平均18.4CFU/m^3,低于对照组人员流动量30~46次、平均37次,空气含菌量12.5~51.3CFU/m^3、平均24.6CFU/m^3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过严格控制手术室人员流动量,可明显降低手术室细菌含量,降低患者感染的风险,值得临床借鉴。 Objective:To observe the effect of flow control on the change of air bacteria in operating room,so as to reduce the risk of infection.Methods:64 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).In the control group,according to the traditional method,the flow of personnel was counted.In the observation group,by strictly limiting the flow of personnel in the operating room,the average colony count of the two groups before and after operation was calculated by the plate natural sedimentation method.Results:The number of people in the observation group was 15~27 times,with an average of 21 times;the amount of bacteria in the air was 10.3~39.8 CFU/m^3,with an average of 18.4 CFU/m^3,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(30~46 times,with an average of 37 times);the amount of bacteria in the air was 12.5~51.3 CFU/m^3,with an average of 24.6 CFU/m^3,with a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:By strictly controlling the flow of personnel in the operating room,the bacterial content in the operating room can be significantly reduced and the risk of infection of patients can be reduced,which is worthy of clinical reference.
