基于鱼骨图分析法的水力冲孔钻孔施工效率提升研究

摘要 为提高穿层水力冲孔钻孔的施工效率,运用鱼骨图分析法,从工序优化、管理提升、制度完善等方面找到了钻孔施工效率低的关键影响因素,进而制定了行之有效的措施,单台钻机施工效率从1000 m/月提升至1500 m/月,钻场的安全管理水平也得到了提升。 In order to improve the construction efficiency of hydraulic perforation borehole,fishbone diagram analysis method are used to find out the key factors affecting the low efficiency of drilling construction from the aspects of process optimization,management improvement and system improvement,and effective measures are formulated.The construction efficiency of a single drilling rig is raised from 1000 m/month to 1500 m/month,and the safety management level of the drilling site is also improved.
