大采高工作面采空区自燃规律及防治研究 被引量:8

摘要 以111304工作面为背景,通过实验方法得到煤层自然发火标志性气体为一氧化碳和乙烯。基于氧气浓度和自然发火标志性气体浓度指标,采用束管监测法在工作面布置测点,研究了采空区"三带"分布规律。研究结果表明:工作面散热带为0~20 m,氧化带为20~110 m,窒息带为110 m以里。根据采空区"三带"实测结果,得出工作面最小安全回采速度为4.1 m/d,并提出了束管监测、注氮、灌浆等多种措施相结合防治采空区自燃,进而保证回采的安全。 Taking the 111304 working face as the background,it is determined that the key gases of coal spontaneous combustion are carbon monoxide and ethylene.Based on the oxygen concentration and the gas concentration index of spontaneous combustion,the distribution of"three zones"in goaf is studied by the beam tube method.The results show that the dispersion zone of 111304 working face is0 to 20 m,the oxidation zone 20 to 110 m,and the asphyxiation zone is within 110 m.According to the test results of"three zones"in goaf,it is concluded that the minimum safe mining speed of working face is 4.1 m/d,and several measures of the beam tube method,nitrogen injection,grouting fire prevention are proposed to control the spontaneous of coal in goaf,so as to guarantee safe mining of working face.
