等压条件下温度对煤样初始释放瓦斯膨胀能的影响研究

摘要 为了研究温度对煤样初始释放瓦斯膨胀能的影响,在等压条件下测定了煤样不同温度对应的初始释放瓦斯膨胀。通过对比不同吸附平衡温度下煤样罐内的瓦斯压力衰减曲线,发现低温时的压力衰减曲线比高温时的压力衰减曲线平缓,降低到相同压力时的衰减时间也更长。数据分析结果表明,煤样初始释放瓦斯膨胀能随着温度的降低而增加,两者呈负指数关系,因此在以初始释放瓦斯膨胀能指标预测煤层突出危险性时,要考虑温度对指标测定的影响。 In order to research the influence of temperature on coal sample initial expansion energy of released gas,the expansion energy of different temperatures under constant pressure were tested.Data analysis results show that the coal sample initial expansion energy of released gas is increased with the decrease of temperature.There is negative exponential function between initial expansion energy of released gas and temperature.The comparisons of gas pressure attenuation curves under different temperature conditions show that gas pressure attenuation curve of low temperature is flatter than curve of high temperature and the time that gas pressure decrease to the same pressure is longer too.So,the influence of temperature on expansion energy measurement needs to be considered when initial expansion energy of released gas is used to predict the risk of coal and gas outburst.
