摘要 为了提高薄煤层综采工作面生产效率,降低生产一线工人的劳动强度,需要在综采工作面设计一套巡检自动化控制系统,改善液压支架自动跟机精度控制,改善采煤机跟机视频效果,提供工作面智能机器人巡检等功能。此系统以实现工作面无人巡检为主,辅助远程人员监视为自动化设计目标,以常态化运行为使用目标。应用实践表明,可以实现提高生产安全系数,减少一线工人数量,降低一线生产工人的劳动强度的目的。 In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the front-line workers,it is necessary to design a set of inspection automation control system in the fully mechanized coal face,improve the accuracy control of the automatic follow-up of the hydraulic support,improve the video effect of the follow-up of the shearer,and provide the inspection function of the intelligent robot in the face.This system aims to realize unmanned patrol inspection of working face,assist remote personnel monitoring as the goal of automation design,and normalize operation behavior.The application shows that it can improve the safety factor of production,reduce the number of front-line workers and reduce the labor intensity of front-line workers.
