热粉化过程褐煤成灰元素的梯度分配特性

摘要 应用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)研究了不同温度(120℃、400℃、600℃)提质后的粉化褐煤中主要成灰元素的梯度分配特性。结果表明:Si、Al元素含量随粒度级的减小而降低,不易向粉化产物(-1 mm)中分配;Fe元素含量随粒度级的减小而增加,向1 mm以下细粒度产物分配明显;Ca元素的分配变化呈现先增加后减少,变化点集中在0.25~0.125 mm粒度级。热作用温度越高,成灰元素分配幅度越明显。 The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)was used to study the gradient distribution characteristics of the main ash-forming elements in pulverization lignite after upgrading at different temperatures(120°C,400°C,600°C).The results show that the content of Si element and Al element are decreased with the particle size level decreasing,and difficult to distribute to pulverization products(-1 mm);the content of Fe element which is obvious to be distributed into the pulverized product of less than 1 mm is increased with the decrease of the particle size;the distribution change of Ca element is firstly increased and then decreased,and the change point is concentrated at 0.25 to0.125 mm.The degree of ash-forming elements distribution is obvious with thermal effect temperature enhancement.
