粉煤密相输送中流量波动的影响因素及处理对策

摘要 密相输送是以气体为输送介质去输送固体粉料,粉煤流量的波动在粉煤气力输送过程中时有发生,较大的流量波动会影响气化炉的运行,严重时会导致气化炉跳车,因此稳定的粉煤密相输送是保证气化炉稳定运行的重要保障。影响粉煤密相输送的因素有很多,以KSY超大型循环流化床(100 t/d)工业示范装置为例,针对可能出现的各种因素采取有效措施,是保证煤气化稳定运行的前提。 The dense phase conveying is a gas transmission medium to transport solid powder,the process of pulverized coal flow fluctuation in pulverized coal conveying force occurred in flow fluctuation will affect the operation of the gasifier,gasification furnace will lead to serious jump out of the vehicle,so the stability of pulverized coal dense phase conveying is guaranteed an important guarantee for the stable operation of the gasification furnace.There are many factors that affect the dense phase transportation of pulverized coal,the KSY ultra large scale circulating fluidized bed(100 t/d)industrial demonstration unit as an example,take effective measures for various factors that may occur,is the premise to ensure the stable operation of coal gasification.
