银翘解毒口服液中有效成分绿原酸、牛蒡苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法

Determination of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Yinqiaojiedu oral liquid by HPLC

检测银翘解毒口服液中有效成分绿原酸和牛蒡苷。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对其含量测定方法进行研究,并进行了方法学考察。结果在波长327nm、10.4~166.4μg/mL范围内,绿原酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,RSD为0.67%,平均回收率为107.0%;在波长276 nm、12.3~196.8μg/mL范围内,牛蒡苷浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,RSD为1.16%,平均回收率为100.2%。试验表明,所建立的测定方法精确性、稳定性、重复性良好,阴性对照无干扰,实现了在同一色谱条件、不同检测波长下,通过一次进样同时对样品中2种成分绿原酸和牛蒡苷含量的测定,大大提高了检测效率。

To effectively detect chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Yinqiaojiedu oral liquid,the determination method of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Yinqiaojiedu oral liquid was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that under the wavelength 327 nm,the concentration of chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 10.4~166.4μg/mL,the precision test RSD was 0.67%,and the average recovery was 107.0%;under the wavelength 276 nm,the concentration of burdock glycoside showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 12.3~196.8μg/mL,the precision test RSD was 1.16%,and the average recovery was 100.2%.The experimental results showed that the established method had good accuracy,stability and repeatability,and there was no interference in the negative control.Under the same chromatographic conditions and different detection wavelengths,the content of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in the sample was determined at the same time,and the detection efficiency was greatly improved.
