推动大学科技园高质量发展探索——以复旦大学国家大学科技园为例

Exploration of High-quality Development of University Science and Technology Parks——Taking National University Science Park of Fudan University as an Example

摘要 大学是创新策源力的重要源头,大学科技园是科技成果转化、创新驱动发展的重要载体。以复旦大学国家大学科技园为典型代表案例,总结了以人为本、技术转化优先的大学科技园发展新模式:一方面,坚持以人为本,聚焦创新创业的参与者,增强生态创新创业浓度,强化服务团队支撑力度;另一方面,坚持技术转化优先,以技术为核心,提升全生命周期服务高度,推进产业集聚创新高度。复旦科技园日益成为高校科技成果转化“首站”和区域创新创业“核心孵化园”,为我国大学科技园创新发展提供了积极的参考范本。 With universities being important source of innovation,university science parks become important carriers of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and work as innovation-driven development.Taking The National University Science and Technology Park of Fudan University as a typical case,this paper summarizes the new development mode of these parks as being people-oriented and prioritizing technology transformation.First and foremost,it adheres to the motto“people-oriented”,attracts talents with spirits of innovation and entrepreneurship to build up the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the support of team.Second,it prioritizes technology transformation,takes technology as the core to improve the service level in whole life cycle and promote the level of industrial agglomeration and innovation.Fudan Science and Technology Park has been the“first station”for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities and the“core Incubator”for regional innovation and entrepreneurship,providing a positive reference model for the innovative development of university science and technology parks in China.
