Research on Effectiveness of Regular Activities Organization of Grass-roots Party Branches——from the Perspective of Credit Theory

提升高校基层党支部组织生活有效性是建设学习型、服务型、创新性党支部的重要途径。信任机制在各类组织管理中发挥着重要作用,文章以信任理论为指导,提出了提升高校基层党支部组织生活有效性的路径:加强支部书记的道德感召力与综合能力建设;构建团结互助型支部成员关系;营造党支部内部的信任氛围;提升党员参与组织生活积极性。

Improving the effectiveness of activities organization of grass-roots Party branches is an important approach to build a learning,service-oriented and innovative Party branch.Trust mechanism plays an important role in the management of various organizations inspired by the trust theory in the perspective of various disciplines.This paper puts forward some approaches to improve the effectiveness of regular activities organization of grass-roots party branches:First,strengthening the moral appeal and comprehensive ability construction of branch secretaries.Second,building the relationship of unity and mutual assistance branch members.Third,building up environment of mutual trust within the branch.Fourth,enhancing the participation of Party members in organizational life.
