摘要
采用冷金属过渡焊(CMT)焊接SUS301L薄板件对接接头,采用正交实验确定了CMT最佳焊接工艺参数。结果表明:最佳焊接工艺参数为焊接速度31cm/mm,送丝速度为2.8m/min,焊接电压为16V,电弧推力为2.5;在最佳焊接工艺参数下焊接得到抗拉强度690MPa、焊缝中心区域显微硬度为195HV。
SUS301L sheet metal can be welded by cold metal transition welding(CMT).The optimum welding parameters of CMT were determined by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum welding speed was 31cm/min;the wire feed rate was 2.8m/min;the welding voltage was 16V;the arc thrust was 2.5.The tensile strength was 690MPa and the micro-hardness of weld center area was 195HV.
