提升高职院校工科大学生综合素质的研究与实践

The Research and Practice of Improving the Comprehensive Quality of the Engineering College Students of the Higher Vocational Colleges

随着新时代日新月异的发展,企业对员工的要求进一步提升,高等职业教育的人才培养标准也相应发生变革。传统的技能型人才已不能满足企业发展需求,取而代之的是具有良好思想品德、综合素质以及实践能力的复合型人才。高职院校作为职业教育的主战场,应充分认识这种转变,尽早改进、优化人才培养计划,为国家、企业输送更多的高综合素质人才。本课题以四川工程职业技术学院材料工程系热处理专业为例,从思想品德素质、专业素质、心理素质、身体素质等方面着手,力争为国家培养出具有高品德、高素质、高技能的“三高”人才。

With the rapid development of the new era,the company’s requirements for employees have further increased,and the talent training standards of higher vocational education have also changed accordingly.Traditional skilled talents can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development;instead,they are compound talents with good moral character,comprehensive quality and practical ability.As the main battlefield of vocational education,higher vocational colleges should fully understand this change,improve and optimize the talent training plan as soon as possible,so as to provide more talents with high comprehensive quality for the country and enterprises.Taking the heat treatment major of Material Engineering Department of Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an example,this paper tries to cultivate“three-high talents”with high morality,high quality and high skills for the country from the aspects of Ideological and moral quality,professional quality,psychological quality and physical quality.
