摘要
为有效应对余吾煤业3号煤层掘进工作面瓦斯异常涌出的问题,研究了工作面巷道煤壁瓦斯涌出强度相对衰减随时间的变化规律以及落煤瓦斯涌出量与巷道掘进速度之间的关系,并对迈步钻场参数及钻孔参数进行优化。根据优化结果在S2108胶带巷进行了现场试验,试验结果表明:采用优化后的迈步钻场参数及钻孔参数布置,各测段瓦斯增量随着距工作面距离的增大而减小,测段距离工作面150 m后,瓦斯增加量趋于0.01 m^3/min,有效降低了瓦斯突出风险,工作面及回风隅角瓦斯浓度控制在安全值范围以内。
In order to effectively solve the problem of abnormal gas emission in driving face of No.3 coal seam in Yuwu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the variation law of relative attenuation of gas emission intensity along with time and the relationship between gas emission amount during coal falling and roadway driving speed were studied,and the parameters of stepping drilling field and drilling parameters were optimized.According to the optimization results,the field test was carried out in S2108 transportation roadway.The test results showed that the gas increase of each measuring section decreased with the increase of the distance from the working face after adopting the optimized parameters of stepping drilling field and drilling parameters.When the distance between the measuring section and the working face was 150 m,the gas increase tended to be 0.01 m^3/min,which effectively reduced the risk of gas outburst,and the gas concentration in the working face and return air corner was controlled within the safe range.
