涡轮斜结合面同深度扫描超声成像检测系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 为对整体涡轮的斜结合面进行无损检测,依据涡轮整体的结构特点,研制了一套同深度扫描超声成像检测系统。基于相控阵超声偏转角可控的特点,采用相控阵发射声波,曲面探头接收声波的方式,结合自动扫描装置对涡轮斜结合面进行扫查。获取接收信号后,以信号的幅值为特征对斜结合面中的缺陷进行成像。结果表明,该装置可对处于涡轮斜结合面30,50,70,90mm深度处的直径为2,3mm的缺陷进行超声成像检测,实现了对整体涡轮斜结合面不同深度位置缺陷的准确超声成像检测。 In order to perform nondestructive testing on the inclined joint surface of the whole turbine,based on the overall structural characteristics of the turbine,this paper designs and develops a set of ultrasonic imaging detection system with the same depth scanning.Based on the characteristics of the controllable deflection angle of the ultrasonic phased array,the phased array transmits sound waves,the curved surface probe receives the sound waves,and the automatic scanning device is used to scan the inclined plane of the turbine.After the received signal is acquired,the defect in the oblique joint surface is imaged with the characteristic of the amplitude of the signal.The test results show that the device can detect ultrasonic defects with diameters of 2 mm and 3 mm at the depths of 30,50,70,90 mm beneath of the turbine oblique joint surface,and realize the accurate ultrasonic imaging detection of the defects of the whole turbine oblique joint surface at different depth positions.
