应用型本科高校机械学科“四动”式教学模式改革探索

Exploration on the reform of four actions teaching mode of mechanical discipline in application-oriented Universities

机械学科作为工科类应用型专业的典型代表,是工科高校和综合性大学普遍开设的工科专业之一,研究探索机械学科教学模式改革具有较强的理论意义和现实意义。基于应用型本科高校机械学科办学历史、专业积淀、师资队伍、设备设施等软硬件条件和教学管理现状,通过调查分析和人员访谈,得出机械学科教学管理普遍存在:党政相对分离,联动机制不强;系室协调不畅,组织推动不力;师生交流不足,教学效果欠佳;教学活动单一,创新意识缺乏四个方面问题。针对存在的问题进行了原因分析,提出了“党政联动,系室推动、师生互动、活动带动”的“四动”教学模式改革措施,并进行了实践应用探索,在学科竞赛、考研人数、就业率、入职单位层次等方面取得显著提升,人才培养质量明显提高,可为相关高校和工科类专业教学模式改革提供参考价值。

as a typical representative of engineering application-oriented specialty,mechanical discipline is one of the engineering majors in engineering universities and comprehensive universities.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and explore the teaching mode reform of mechanical discipline.Based on the history,professional accumulation,teaching staff,equipment and facilities and other software and hardware conditions and teaching management status of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,through investigation and analysis and personnel interviews,it is concluded that some problems on the teaching management of mechanical discipline generally exist in the following aspects:the linkage mechanism is not strong,the coordination between departments is not smooth,the organization and promotion is not effective,the communication between teachers and students is insufficient,the teaching effect is not good,teaching activities are dull and lack of innovation consciousness.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems,puts forward the“four actions”teaching mode reform measures of“Party and government linkage,department promotion,teacher-student interaction,activity driven”,and carries out practical application exploration.It has achieved significant improvement in discipline competition,postgraduate entrance examination number,employment rate,entry unit level and other aspects,and the quality of personnel training has been significantly improved,which could have some referential value to related colleges and engineering specialty for the reform of professional teaching mode.
