摘要
针对成像测井系统大数据量、高速率、多采样率的数据传输需求,设计了一款基于ADSP-BF518的测井仪器网络总线接口模块,实现了井下仪器与高速遥测仪之间的高效数据传输。详细介绍了井下仪器网络总线接口模块(NCU模块)的电路构成以及Lightweight TCP/IP stack(LwIP)的移植,特别是CS8900A网络数据包接收和发送的调度流程。通过高温试验和传输速率测试,验证了该模块能够在175℃下长时间、高速率地稳定工作,能够满足工程测井的需要。
Aiming at the data transmission requirements of large volume,high rate and multiple sampling rate for imaging logging system,this paper designs a logging tool network bus interface module based on ADSP-BF518,which realizes the efficient data transmission between downhole tools and high-speed telemeters.The circuit composition of the downhole instrument network bus interface module(NCU module)and the transplantation of the Lightweight TCP/IP stack(LwIP)are introduced in detail,especially the scheduling process of CS8900A network data packet receiving and sending.Through the high temperature test and the transmission rate test,it is verified that the module can work stably for a long time at a high rate at 175℃,which can meet the needs of engineering logging.
