摘要
为了保障页岩气勘探开发安全,需要对所用套管挤毁性能进行有效评价,但目前常用的挤毁试验系统会在试验过程中对试样产生附加载荷,影响试验结果。本文介绍了一种无附加载荷的套管挤毁试验系统,通过对系统性能及试样挤毁测试研究,结果表明,该系统运行安全、可靠,试验效率高,试验结果准确,性能优于传统挤毁试验系统。该系统的设计开发为套管抗外压性能研究奠定了实验基础。
In order to ensure the safety of shale gas exploration and development,it is necessary to effectively evaluate the collapse performance of casing.However,the commonly used collapse test system will produce additional load on the sample during the test process.The accuracy of test results will be affected.In this paper,the casing collapse test system without additional load was introduced.The research results of system performance and collapse tests show that the test system is safe and reliable.The test efficiency was high and the test results were accurate.The system outperforms the traditional collapse test system.The design and development of the system provide an experimental basis for the study of casing external pressure resistance performance.
