摘要
在人工智能时代,人类智能的价值在于运用知识解决问题,富有创新性地驾驭人工智能。学校应当实施以发展学生创新素养为目标的创新教育,教师应当把创新教育素养作为专业发展的基本内容。创新教育素养是教师以支持学生创新素养发展为目标,通过变革教育教学实践来开展创新教育的专业核心素养。它包含创新教育知识、创新教育能力和创新教育情感等基本要素,实践经验、理论思维、教育智慧是创新教育素养的三种基本生成机制。应当从教师与自我、对象、学生的三重关系出发,日新以成己,创新以成物,助创以成人。在成己、成物、成人的过程中,提升教师创新教育素养,发展学生创新素养。
In the era of artificial intelligence,the value of human intelligence lies in the use of knowledge to solve problems and innovative control of artificial intelligence.Schools should carry out innovative education aiming at developing students'innovative competence,and teachers should take the competence of innovative education as the basic content of professional development.The competence of innovative education is teachers'key competence to support the development of students'innovative competence and to carry out innovative education by reforming education and teaching practice.It contains the basic elements of innovative educational knowledge,ability and emotion.Practical experience,theoretical thinking and educational wisdom are its basic generating mechanisms.We should start from the threefold relationship between teacher and self,object and student,to create oneself day by day,to invent things,and to help students succeed.In the process,teachers'competence of innovative education and students'innovative competence are developed.
