闽台高校高质量交流合作路径研究

A Study on the Path of High Quality Exchange and Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Universities

福建省(简称“闽”)和台湾省(简称“台”)两地一衣带水、“五缘”相连,为两岸合作与交流提供了独特的机遇和优势,高校交流与合作增进了两岸了解,在推动互动沟通等方面起到了积极示范作用,促进了经济、社会和文化的融合发展。但目前闽台高校间高质量交流与合作的进一步发展存在着交流费效比偏低、合作水平层次不高和长期稳定交流机制不完善等问题。基于问题导向、趋势分析和演绎推导的方法,文章分析了闽台间的高质量教育合作路径与两岸交流合作的具体推进办法,给出了具有针对性的科学政策建议。

The five water-links between Fujian and Taiwan provide unique opportunities and advantages for cross strait cooperation and exchanges in Fujian Province.The exchange and cooperation between colleges and universities have enhanced cross-strait understanding,promoted interactive exchanges and other aspects,and promoted the development of economic,social and cultural integration.But at present,there are many problems in the communication of Fujian and Taiwan high-quality universities,such as low cost-benefit ratio,low level of cooperation,and imperfect long-term stable communication mechanism.Based on the methods of problem,trend analysis and deduction,this paper analyzes the path of high-quality education cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and the specific ways of promoting cross-strait exchanges and cooperation,and gives detailed and scientific policy recommendations.
