干式双离合器建模和控制系统研究综述 被引量:5

摘要 干式双离合变速器因其高效稳定的能量传输、低油耗、低排放以及快速响应的性能而广泛应用于汽车变速器,而实现这些目标的条件是在双离合变速器控制系统设计时建立准确的离合器模型和设计高鲁棒性的控制策略。文章在国内外大量研究的基础上,总结了离合器建模和控制策略的发展现状和技术难点;详细分析了双离合器自动变速器(dual-clutch transmission,DCT)执行系统的建模和起步、换挡的动力学模型的建立;总结了国内外DCT起步和换挡控制的控制策略和具体控制方法,分析比较了各控制方法的优缺点,并提出了未来研究的发展方向。 Dry dual clutches are widely used in automotive transmissions because of its reliability and efficiency in energy transmission with low fuel consumption and reduction of pollutant emissions.A prerequisite to attain these goals is the adoption of a good clutch model and the design of a robust control strategy.In this paper,based on the literatures at home and abroad,the development status and technical difficulties of clutch modeling and control strategies are summarized.The dual-clutch transmission(DCT)actuator architectures as well as the start and shift dynamics models are analyzed.The start and shift control strategies and methods for DCT at home and abroad are explored,and the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods are compared.Finally,some topics of interest for future research are presented.
