摘要
饮食的不同会改变哺乳动物肠道中的乳糖酶活力,而脂质成分的不同对乳糖酶活力的影响仍不清楚。实验旨在探讨高低脂饮食差异对当代、子代雄性和雌性小鼠肠道乳糖酶活力的不同影响。在当代饮食差异组、亲代哺乳期饮食差异组和亲代孕前孕中期饮食差异组中,分别将小鼠分为喂养低脂饮食(low-fat diet,LFD)和高脂饮食(high-fat diet,HFD)2组,收取当代或子代周龄为3、6、9周的小鼠小肠组织,并利用Dahlqvist法测定小肠中的乳糖酶活力。结果表明:在喂养当代小鼠HFD后,雄性小鼠的乳糖酶活力降低,而雌性小鼠的乳糖酶活力升高;在亲代小鼠哺乳期间喂养HFD后,会显著降低子代周龄为3周雄性小鼠和子代6周雌性小鼠的乳糖酶活力;在亲代小鼠孕前孕中期间喂养HFD后,会显著降低子代3、6周雄性小鼠的乳糖酶活力,而子代雌性小鼠的乳糖酶活力与雄性小鼠有相同趋势,均没有显著性变化。
Different diet can alter lactase activity in mammalian intestines,while the effect of lipid on lactase activity remains unclear.The aim of this study was to investigate the different effects of high-fat diet(HFD)and low-fat diet(LFD)on intestinal lactase activity in contemporary and offspring mice.In the contemporary diet difference group,the parental lactation diet difference group and the parental pregnancy diet difference group,mice were divided into two groups and fed with LFD or HFD,and the intestinal tissues of mice aged 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks were collected from the contemporary or offspring groups.Lactase activity in small intestine was determined by Dahlqvist method.The results showed that in contemporary diet difference group,lactase activity of male mice decreased and that of female mice increased after feeding HFD.After feeding HFD during lactation of parental mice,lactase activity of male offspring mice at 3 weeks and female offspring mice at 6 weeks was significantly reduced.After feeding HFD to parental mice before and during pregnancy,lactase activity of male offspring mice at 3 weeks and 6 weeks was significantly decreased,while lactase activity of female offspring mice followed the same trend as that of male mice,showing no significant change.
