摘要
基于有限元分析方法,针对某型烧结矿冷却炉炉体结构进行优化分析。通过多种方案的有限元仿真,得到了相应冷却炉炉体的位移、Mises 应力分布,经强度校核与对比分析后,得出最合理的设计方案,加快了设计周期。烧结矿冷却炉炉体结构的分析方法可为大型炉体结构的优化设计提供参考。
Based on the finite element analysis method,the structure of a sinter cooling furnace shell was optimized.By means of the finite element simulation according to various schemes,the corresponding deformation and Mises stress distribution of the cooling furnace shell were obtained.After strength checking and comparative analysis,the most reasonable design scheme was identified,thus the design cycle shortened.The analysis method for the structure of the sinter cooling furnace shell offered reference for the structural optimization design of the large furnace shell.
