后疫情时期农村籍大学生返乡就业创业的困境与路径

The Dilemma and Path of Rural College Students Returning to Hometown for Employment and Entrepreneurship in the Post-epidemic Situation

后疫情期间农村籍大学生返乡就业创业在有效缓解就业难问题的同时能够优化农村人力资本的构成、助力乡村振兴战略实施,也是农村籍大学生实现自我价值的重要途径。但由于农村籍大学生自身就业观念、能力不足、政策落实不到位以及农村经济发展方面的限制,导致后疫情时期农村籍大学生在返乡就业创业中面临着"难回乡"、"难立足"、"难出彩"等问题。对此,从农村籍大学生自身、当地政府、高校及其他社会各界这四个层面提出促进农村籍大学生返乡创新创业的路径以助力乡村振兴。

During the post-epidemic period,the rural college students who return to Hometown to employment and entrepreneurship can effectively alleviate the difficulty of employment while optimizing the composition of rural human capital and help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is also an important way for rural college students to realize their self-worth.Because of their own employment concepts,insufficient abilities,inadequate implementation of policies,and restrictions on rural economic development,rural college students face"difficult to return to their hometowns","difficult to gain a foothold"and"to make a difference"in the post-epidemic period.This paper proposes to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of rural college students returning to their hometowns during the epidemic from the four major paths of rural college students,local government,universities and other social sectors to help rural revitalization.
