摘要
2020年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,给我国的经济发展及对外经贸领域造成较大冲击。我国对外贸易降幅明显,但"一带一路"合作却逆势上扬,凸显活力和韧性。目前,疫情在我国基本得到控制,影响也在逐渐消退,但在海外仍在持续加速蔓延,"一带一路"风险仍将持续加大。我国企业必须采取有效措施,积极抵御不确定风险,保持"一带一路"投资和贸易稳定增长。为此,我国需要拓展多元化市场,依托"一带一路",稳定外贸和投资基本盘面,进一步发挥"一带一路"的积极作用。
The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has had a major impact on China’s economic development and foreign trade.China’s foreign trade has declined significantly,but"One Belt And One Road"cooperation has bucked the trend,highlighting its vitality and resilience.At present,the epidemic is basically under control in China and its impact is gradually fading,but its spread overseas is still accelerating and the risk of"One Belt And One Road"will continue to increase.Chinese enterprises must take effective measures to actively resist uncertain risks and maintain the steady growth of"One Belt And One Road"investment and trade.Therefore,China needs to expand diversified markets,rely on the"one belt and one road",stabilize the basic surface of foreign trade and investment,and further play the positive role of"One Belt And One Road".
