摘要 以水泥和40%掺量的循环流化床CFB灰为胶凝材料,CFB渣为细骨料,页岩陶粒为粗骨料,制备轻质隔墙板用陶粒混凝土。研究了CFB灰超量取代系数1.25~2.40变化范围对CFB灰渣陶粒混凝土性能的影响及CFB灰渣对混凝土干缩的影响。结果表明:随CFB灰超量取代系数增大,混凝土的抗压强度提高,特别是早期强度显著提高,干表观密度增加幅度不大,吸水率呈先增大后减小趋势;CFB灰中游离CaO和CaSO4的存在有利于减小混凝土的收缩。 In this experiment,ceramsite concrete for lightweight partition board was prepared by using cement and 40%CFB ash as cementing material,CFB slag as fine aggregate,and shale ceramsite as coarse aggregate.The effects of the CFB ash excess substitution coefficient ranging from 1.25 to 2.40 on the properties of CFB ash slag ceramsite concrete and the effects of CFB ash and CFB slag on concrete shrinkage were studied.The results show that with the increase of CFB ash excess substitution coefficient,the compressive strength of concrete increases,especially at the early stage,the increase in dry apparent density is not large,the water absorption rate increases first and then decreases.The presence of free CaO and CaSO4 in CFB ash is beneficial to reduce the shrinkage of concrete.
