摘要
通过试验研究了红麻韧皮纤维的分散性及其长度、掺量对水泥砂浆力学性能和增韧抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:红麻韧皮纤维越长,分散系数越小,混杂纤维分散性最差;红麻韧皮纤维增韧水泥砂浆抗裂效能显著,纤维掺量、长度增加,开裂指数降低;红麻韧皮纤维水泥砂浆的抗压和抗折强度相较空白对照组降低,但强度绝对值仍能满足工程应用需要。红麻韧皮纤维掺量为1.5%、长度为15 mm时,可同时获得较好的工作性能及阻裂效果。
The dispersibility of kenaf bast fiber,its length and content on the mechanical properties,toughening and crack resistance of cement mortar were studied through experiments.The results show that the longer the kenaf bast fiber is,the lower the dispersion coefficient is,and the dispersibility of the hybrid fiber is the worst.Kenaf bast fiber toughened cement mortar has significant crack resistance,when the fiber content and length increase,cracking index decreases.The compressive strength and flexural strength of kenaf bast fiber cement mortar are lower than those of the control group,but the absolute value of the strength can still meet the needs of engineering applications.When the content of kenaf bast fiber is 1.5%and the length is 15 mm,cement mortar can obtain better working performance and anti-cracking effect at the same time.
